	**An Enduring Power of Attorney allows you to choose the person(s)
	**who you would like to look after your affairs in the event that you
	**become unable to do so in the future. This could be because of
	**physical frailty or mental incapacity.

	**Protective Property Trust Will
	**This Will is for couples who are concerned about losing their property
	**under the terms of the Community Care Act 1990 should they need
	**long term residential care. It can also be used by couples who
	**individually wish to make sure that their children inherit their share
	**of a property without forcing their partner to sell.
	**Inheritance Tax Saving Will
	**This Will is for couples who wish to reduce, or even avoid,
	**Inheritance Tax that will be payable on their estate. This saving can
	**be in excess of £100,000.
